Is there diacetyl in HIGO?

There is no diacetyl in our products, and all our products are certified safe for use.

After thousands of experiments, we found methods of making our products with high-quality materials, pure taste, and delicate design, only to present you with products that will surely meet your demand.

The main ingredients we used in our e-liquid: food grade or pharmaceutical grade propylene glycol and vegetable glycerin, natural & artificial flavors, and nicotine (except for nicotine-free products).

1.Please check if the charger can work normally, and if the charger is abnormal or can’t output a 5V voltage, resulting in a failure to charge the device. 2.Please check if the charging cable is normal or whether there is any grime attached to the USB port, change another cable for test. 3.Please check if the LED indicator on the device is normal during charging, please refer to User Manual. 4.If the device hasn’t been charged when it’s not used or “low battery” for a long time, the battery will be over discharged and damaged, and the battery can’t be recovered after charging for 10-15 minutes, please unplug the charging cable.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

When the order payment is taken of my bank account?

Once you complete your purchase on the HIGO Vape website, the payment will be processed immediately. You should see the deduction reflected in your bank account or payment method shortly after your order is confirmed.

A wishlist on HIGO Vape allows you to save your favorite products for future reference. You can easily add items you like and revisit them later when you’re ready to place an order.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect HIGO Vape product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your package. We will guide you through the return or exchange process and ensure you get the correct items as quickly as possible.

If you need to change or cancel your HIGO Vape order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order has been dispatched, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

"Package Tracking" allows you to monitor the status and location of your HIGO Vape shipment. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number and a link to follow your package until it arrives safely at your address.
